Product guarantees vs. workmanship
Product (manufacturer) guarantees
These cover the equipment itself (the panels, batteries and inverters) and are provided by the manufacturer. These are manufacturer guarantees. Terms vary by product, and we'll give you the full details with your quote.
Workmanship
This covers how the system was installed, including the fixings, cabling and connections. If anything we fitted isn't right, we come back and put it right. Your quote sets out the workmanship cover that comes with your installation.
Different components carry different guarantees. Your quote lists the equipment we'll fit and the guarantee that applies to each item, so you know exactly what's covered.

What happens if something goes wrong?
Call us. We're local, and we'll diagnose the issue and deal with the manufacturer on your behalf where a product guarantee applies.
Are inverters covered for 25 years too?
No. Different components have different guarantees. The 25-year guarantee applies to the solar panels and the 10-year guarantee to batteries. We'll confirm the guarantee for every item, including the inverter, in your quote.
